diplomsko delo
Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem raziskovala medgeneracijsko sobivanje treh generacij.

Intergenerational coexistence |
Secondary abstract: |
I researched intergenerational coexistence of three generations. My questions were how people look at coexistence of different generations, what are the reasons for coexistence, how are they pleased and what are advantages and disadvantages of intergenerational coexistence. My questions were what kinds of assistance they offer and what their common activities are. Based on personal experiences I assumed, that younger generations can learn a lot from older generations and vice versa. Because of that I wondered how much there are mutual learning and exchange of experience and knowledge. Research is quantitative and descriptive on non-random and convenient sample. I found out, that younger and middle generation as reason of coexistence indicated residential problems, old generation indicated desire to coexist. All generations indicated as advantage everyday help, as disadvantage younger generation indicated conflicts and adjustment, middle generation limited independence and old generation indicated adjustment. All three generations have indicated that they are mostly satisfied with coexistence, and also believe that relationships between generations are good. All three generations think that the most important thing that younger generations learn from older are life experiences. All generations have common opinion that old generations learn from young generations how to use mobile phone, work with computer and understand social changes. Majority of interviewees have common activities with other generations and the most important activity is celebrating holidays. As forms of mutual assistance they indicated assistance with house maintenance, cooking and talk. |
