Analiza igranja iger na srečo in srečk v izbrani poslovalnici Loterije Slovenije

Abstract

Zaključna naloga govori o igrah na srečo. Za to temo smo se odločili, saj je ponudba na slovenskem trgu pestra in smo želeli izvedeti več, predvsem s področja klasičnih iger na srečo. Teoretičen okvir iger na srečo predstavljamo v drugem poglavju. Zanimal nas je tudi njihov vpliv na turistični sektor ter zakonski in davčni vidik izvajanja te dejavnosti. Igre na srečo so tudi ena izmed oblik nekemičnih zasvojenosti, zato smo raziskali tudi to. V praktičnem delu naloge smo analizirali problem, ki smo ga predstavili v uvodnem delu na primeru manjše poslovalnice, ki je del primarne mreže Loterije Slovenije. Tam smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika med odjemalci izvedli anketo, saj nas je zanimalo njihovo zadovoljstvo s storitvami in ponudbo poslovalnice. V nadaljevanju smo analizirali 50 popolno izpolnjenih vprašalnikov in odgovore predstavili z grafikoni. Na koncu smo preverili hipoteze, ki smo jih zastavili v uvodnem delu naloge. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov smo poslovalnici lahko priporočili izboljšave poslovanja, saj so zadovoljni odjemalci ključni pri uspešnosti podjetij.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma seminar thesis focuses on games of chance. The wide and diverse selection on the Slovene market encouraged us to further investigate the above-mentioned topic, more specifically classic games of chance. Theoretical framework on games of chance is presented in the second chapter. We were also interested in their impact on the tourism sector and the legal domain as well as the tax aspect of carrying out this activity. Games of chance are also a form of non-chemical addiction, so we explored that as well. In the practical part of the thesis our focus was on the problem that we presented in the introductory part. We chose a small branch, which is a part of Loterija Slovenije, to help us with the analysis. We conducted a survey questionnaire among costumers to measure their satisfaction with the services and the offer of the branch. By analyzing the answers of 50 completed survey questionnaires, which we presented with the help of graphs, we were able to test the hypotheses, mentioned in the introductory part of the thesis. Satisfied costumers are the key to success of companies and based on the obtained results, we were able to recommend business improvements to the sales outlet.
