Abstract

Predstavljeno je dimenzioniranje kompozita s poliestrsko osnovo in s steklenimi vlakni, uporabljenega za izgradnjo fekalnega črpališča. Izdelana sta bila analitični in numerični preračun kompozitnega materiala, ki sta nato bila primerjana z rezultati tlačnega preizkusa obodne trdnosti črpališča. V programskem paketu ANSYS je bila izvedena računalniška numerična simulacija. Prav tako so bila preučena izvedba trenutnih ojačitev dodanih na črpališče ter njihova optimizacija, ki podpira izboljšavo trdnosti s spremembo materiala ojačitev. Opisane in izpostavljene so pomembnejše lastnosti in razlike med helikvidalnim in radialnim načinom ovijanja vlaken v kompozitu. Ustreznost numeričnega modela je bila potrjena z validacijo, ki je potekala na podlagi eksperimentalnih rezultatov.

Secondary title: Dimensioning of water waste fiberglass pumps bonded with polyester resin
Secondary abstract: The dimensioning of composites with polyester resin bonded with glass fibers used for the production of water waste pumps is presented. Analytical and numerical calculations of the composite material were made, which were then compared with the performance of a pressure test of the circumferential strength of the water waste pumps. Numerical simulation was performed by using the program ANSYS. The implementation and optimization of reinforcements was also presented. Both important properties and differences between the hoop and radial filament winding of the fibers in the composite are described and shown. The comparison of the results shows the correctness of numerical simulations, which confirms the realization of the main goal of a master's thesis.
