Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena regulacija asinhronskega motorja s pomočjo frekvenčnega pretvornika v povezavi s programirljivim logičnim krmilnikom. Pojasnjena je uporaba, delovanje programirljivega logičnega krmilnika Siemens S7-1200 ter frekvenčnega pretvornika Omron 3G3MX2. Predstavljeno je programiranje logičnega krmilnika ter frekvenčnega pretvornika. Opisane so osnove PID regulacije ter nastavitev PID parametrov po Ziegler/Nichols metodi.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the control of an asynchronous motor by means of a frequency converter in connection with a programmable logic controller. Explained are the use and operation of the Siemens S7-1200 programmable logic controller and the Omron 3G3MX2 frequency converter. The programming of the logic controller and the frequency converter are presented and the basics of PID control and setting of PID parameters according to the Ziegler / Nichols method are described.
