Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo za gradnjo objekta Studenški razgledi izdelali primerjavo metod za izračun prostornine izkopa gradbene jame. Najprej smo opisali tehnične značilnosti objekta, ki se gradi, in podali opis gradbene jame. Sledi predstavitev dveh metod in postopka za izračun prostornine izkopa gradbene jame, in sicer po klasični metodi z uporabo nivelmanske mreže in po sodobni metodi. Izkop gradbene jame je bil izveden v štirih korakih, zato smo 3D model gradbene jame razdelili na štiri faze. Nato smo naredili popis del, izračun stroškov ter podali ponudbeno ceno izkopa v okviru stroškovne analize. V okviru časovne analize smo izdelali terminski plan z mrežno tehniko s programom Microsoft Project za obe metodi izračuna prostornine.

The diploma thesis deals with comparison of methods for calculating the construction pit excavation volume in the construction of the Studeniški razgledi facility. Initially, the technical characteristics of the building under construction and the construction pit are described. That is followed by presentation of two methods and the process of calculating the construction pit excavation volume, namely by the classical leveling network method and by the modern method. The excavation of the construction pit is carried out in four steps, so the 3D model of the construction pit is divided into four phases. As part of the cost analysis, the works are listed, the costs are calculated and the bids for the excavation are submitted. Within the time analysis, a term schedule was created in Microsoft Project by the technique of network design for both methods of volume calculation. |
