Abstract

Potrebe trga se spreminjajo in postajajo kompleksnejše, zato morajo biti podjetja organizirana tako, da so zmožna to uresničevati. Trend vedno manjših naročil različnih izdelkov je povezan z večkratno menjavo orodij na brizgalnih strojih. Vsaka menjava orodja zmanjša izkoristek opreme in predstavlja za podjetje izgubo. Iz tega razloga je potrebno čas menjave skrajšati na minimum, kar omogoča uporaba hitro vpenjalnega sistema za menjavo orodij. V diplomski nalogi sem analizirala klasično menjavo orodja in menjavo z uporabo hitro vpenjalnega sistema ter prišla do zaključka, da se s slednjo zmanjša 30 % časa. Pri ekonomskem prihranku se je izkazalo, da bi glede na tehnološke trende podjetja bila vpeljava hitro vpenjalnega sistema smotrna.

Secondary abstract: Needs of the market are constantly changing in becoming more complex and since that companies must be organized in the way to implement this. Order trends are evolving towards smaller orders of various products, and this links to many exchanges of molding tools. Company Geberit d.o.o. is aware of the advantages of using a fast-clamping system. In my thesis, I analyzed the classical tool change and the exchange using a fast-clamping system. I concluded that company can safe 30 % of time using fast-clamping system. According to their technological trends introduction of high-speed clamping system is reasonable.
