Abstract

Diplomsko delo se nanaša na problem na problem nezadostnega izkoristka zadnjega zavornega koluta pri projektu Formula Student. Uporabljene metode dela so zajemale analizo, preučevanje literature, merjenje in preizkušanje več verzij kolutov. V skladu s problemom je bila izvedena analiza aktualnega zavornega koluta in nato je bilo na osnovi podatkov izvedenih še nekaj analiz novih verzij zavornega koluta. S pridobljenimi rezultati je potrjen zastavljen cilj, in nov zavorni kolut je učinkovitejši od aktualnega.

Secondary abstract:	Diploma thesis is based on the problem of insufficient efficiency of rear brake rotor for Formula Student. Methods used for work were analysis, study of literature, measuring, and testing of various brake rotor versions. According to the problem, the analysis was made for current brake rotor and based on the data various brake rotor designs were analysed. The results of analyses show that the goal was achieved and the new brake rotor is more efficient than current one.
