Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava koncept družbene odgovornosti v slovenskih podjetjih. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene opredelitve družbene odgovornosti različnih avtorjev, njen kratek zgodovinski pregled, njene prednosti, področja, ki jih zajema, ter njen položaj v Sloveniji. Pojasnili smo tudi najpogostejše standarde, ki se uporabljajo za njeno dokazovanje in posebnost družbeno odgovornega ravnanja v času pandemije, ki je bila razglašena v letošnjem letu. V empiričnem delu smo analizirali primer dobre prakse podjetja NLB d.d. Predstavili smo njegov pristop k družbeni odgovornosti, ter njegove aktivnosti, ki jih izvaja na tem področju. Izvedli smo tudi anketno raziskavo, s pomočjo katere smo proučevali položaj družbene odgovornosti v slovenskih podjetjih. Rezultati ankete so pokazali, da podjetja v večini poslujejo družbeno odgovorno in izvajajo tudi aktivnosti, ki zajemajo to obliko ravnanja. Pandemija, glede na mnenje anketiranih ni imela posebnega vpliva na dogodke kot so zmanjšanje plačila, odpuščanje, zmanjšanje prodaje in podobno. Prav tako je prevladovalo mnenje, da se obseg sredstev, namenjenih za družbeno odgovornost v času pandemije, ni zmanjšal, ampak je ostal enak.

Secondary title: Social responsibility of Slovenian corporations
Secondary abstract: The thesis discusses the concept of social responsibility in Slovenian companies. The theoretical part presents the definitions of social responsibility of the various authors, its short historical overview, its advantages, the fields that it covers and its position in Slovenia. We explained the most common standards that are used to prove it and the specificity of socially responsible behaviour during the pandemic, which was announced this year. In the empirical part we analysed an example of good practice of ta company NLB d.d. We presented his approach to social responsibility and its activities, that are accorded to this. We also performed a research to study the position of social responsibility in Slovenian companies. The results of the research showed us that most companies are socially responsible, they also perform activities which are showing that kind of behaviour. The pandemic, according to the opinion of the responders had no particular impact on events such as pay reductions, layoffs, sales declines etc, ... It was also considered that the amount of funding for social responsibility during the pandemic did not decrease, but remained the same.
