Abstract

V magistrskem delu obravnavamo problem razvoja ključnih dejavnikov uspešnosti v malem podjetju. V ta namen smo raziskali uravnotežen sistem kazalnikov (BCS) in ključne kazalnike uspeha (KPI). Podrobneje smo predstavili priložnosti uporabe le-teh za mala podjetja, pri čemer se osredotočimo na implementacijo sistema v malo podjetje. Cilj magistrskega dela je analiza obstoječega stanja podjetja x, na podlagi tega razviti nov nabor ključnih kazalnikov podjetja, ter urediti zajem vhodnih podatkov in konsolidacije informacijskega sistema. Podjetje x bo v končni fazi implementiralo tudi spremljanje izbranih KPI v izbrani programski opremi. V začetnem delu so najprej predstavljena teoretična izhodišča za dobro zastavljen sistem ključnih dejavnikov uspešnosti. Podrobneje je opisano, kako dobro zapisati vizijo podjetja, kako na novo določiti strateške cilje ter izbrati merljive kazalnike uspeha. Vsa vsebina je prilagojena mikro in malim podjetjem, ki si želijo vpeljati tovrstni sistem. Jedro magistrske naloge je redefinicija vizije, določitev strateških ciljev in ključnih kazalnikov uspeha za malo podjetje x. Ključni kazalniki zajemajo tako določitev kazalnikov za uravnotežen sistem, kot tudi za nekatere operativne kazalnike, ki si jih podjetje želi spremljati. Na koncu je opisan postopek reorganizacije informacijskega sistema in tudi implementacija prej omenjenega sistema v preučevano podjetje. V zaključku podamo oceno in ugotovitve, do katerih smo prišli skozi izdelavo tega magistrskega dela, ter podamo predloge za nadaljnje delo in izboljšave.

Secondary abstract: In this master’s thesis, we discuss about the problem of developing key success factors in a small business. For this reason, we explored a Balanced Scorecard (BCS) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In details we presented the opportunities of using them for small businesses, focusing on the implementation of the system in a small business. The aim of the master's thesis is to analyse the existing state of the company x, develope a new set of key indicators for the company, and to regulate the capture of input data and consolidation of the information system. On the end, company x will also implement monitoring of selected KPIs in the selected software. In the initial part, we represented theoretical starting points for a well-established system of key success factors. It describes in more detail how to write a good vision of the company, how to redefine strategic goals, and choose measurable indicators of success. All content is adapted to micro and small companies that want to introduce this type of system in their companies. The core of the master's thesis is redefining the vision, setting strategic goals and key performance indicators for small business x. The key indicators include the definition of indicators for a balanced system, as well as for some operational indicators that the company wants to monitor. Last, we represented the process of reorganization of the information system, as well as the implementation of the previously mentioned system. In the end, we give an assessment and findings that we came to through the preparation of this master's thesis, and give suggestions for further work and improvements.
