Abstract

Računalniško podprta tehnologija se vedno bolj uveljavlja v podjetjih zaradi ohranjanja konkurenčnosti na trgu. Programski paketi vsebujejo vse potrebne komponente za poenostavljeno programiranje izdelkov, ki vplivajo na natančnost, produktivnost in čas izdelave. V diplomski nalogi sem predstavil razdelilnik medija, ki je del polnilne linije za polnjenje tekočih medijev. S pomočjo CAD modelirnika sem modeliral steber in ohišje razdelilnika medija. Nato sem s povezavo med CAD in CAM sistemoma izbral potrebne operacije in orodja za obdelavo, izdelal sem tehnološke risbe ter opravil simulacijo poti orodij v CAMWorks NC. Rezultat povezave med CAD in CAM sistemoma je NC-koda, ki je bila izdelana s pomočjo poprocesorja in je hkrati osnova za izdelavo razdelilnika na CNC-stroju.

Secondary title: Design and manufacturing of the medium dispenser in the filling line
Secondary abstract: Computer-aided technology has been gaining ground in companies in the last years in order to remain competitive in the market. Software packages contain all the necessary components for simplified product programming that affect accuracy, productivity and production time. In my diploma thesis I presented a media distributor, which is part of the filling line for filling liquid media. Using a CAD modeler, I modeled the column and housing of the media distributor. Then, with the connection between the CAD/CAM systems, I selected the necessary operations and tools with machining, made technological drawings and performed a tool path simulation in CAMWorks NC. The result of the connection between the CAD and CAM systems is the NC code, which was created with the help of a postprocessor and which is the basis for the production of a splitter on a CNC machine.
