zaključna naloga Razvojno raziskovalnega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo
Abstract

Development of water-hydraulic pilot check valve |
Secondary abstract: |
Water hydraulics is an alternative solution for hydraulic applications that are showing promising prospects in line with the general trend of increasing environmental awareness. The market assessment shows a scarce supply of water hydraulic components, which is limited to basic elements of operation control hydraulics. The aim of this thesis is therefore the development, evaluation and production of a pilot operated water hydraulic check valve with a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and a nominal flow rate of 60 l/min. The development is based on one of the prepared conceptual designs, followed by the construction of a detailed 3D model and the presentation of the relevant calculations. Technical drawings for the assembly and the individual components are prepared, in order to produce a fully functional prototype of the product. The work also includes a theoretical analysis of the pressure-flow characteristics of the valve, the evaluation of the leakage flow and the demonstration of the flow during the two-stage opening process of the valve. |
