Elementi vernakularne arhitekture na primeru sodobne slovenske hiše

Abstract

V magistrski nalogi smo predstavili tradicionalne slovenske hiše in nato njihove elemente prenesli na sodobno hišo. Vzeli smo pet primerov tradicionalnih slovenskih hiš: alpska hiša, severovzhodna hiša, hiša južnih hribovij, osrednjeslovenska hiša in kraška hiša. Raziskali smo značilnosti hiš, ki so značilne za posamezno pokrajino. Pri prenosu vernakularnih elementov na sodobno hišo smo večkrat spremenili funkcijo in elementom dodali nove načine uporabe. Z uporabo vernakularnih elementov sodobnim hišam dodajamo elemente tradicije in tako postopoma ohranjamo identiteto krajevne arhitekture, hkrati pa na ta način prinašamo arhitekturno znanje naših prednikov na nove rodove.

Secondary abstract:	In the master’s thesis, we presented traditional Slovenian houses and then transferred their elements on a modern house. We took five examples of traditional Slovenian houses: alpine house, northeast house, house of the southern hills, central Slovenian house and karst house. We have researched the characteristics of houses, which are specific for each region. In the transfer of vernacular elements to the modern house, we have changed the function several times and added new uses to the elements. With the use of vernacular elements, we are adding traditional elements to the modern houses, thus gradually preserving the identity of the local architecture. At the same time, we bring the architectural knowledge of our ancestors to the new generations.
