Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava sistemske storitve, ki so potrebne za zagotavljanje stabilnosti elektoenergetskega sistema. Podan je opis slovenskega elektroenergetskega sistema. Na osnovi njegovega poenostavljenega modela smo izvedli numerične izračune. Uporabljenemu modelu slovenskega elektoenergetskega sistema smo dodali regulacijski sistem za regulacijo frekvence in poenostavljeni model baterijskega hranilnika električne energije. Koordinirano delovanje obeh smo preizkusili na primeru sistemske storitve avtomatskega procesa povrnitve frekvence na celotnem slovenskem elektroenergetskem sistemu, katerega model obsega tudi meddržavne povezave. Delovanje regulacijskega sistema s pripadajočim baterijskim hranilnikom električne energije smo preizkusili tudi v otočnem obratovanju dela slovenskega elektroenergetskega sistema za zagotavljanje frekvenčne stabilnosti v otočnem obratovanju.

Secondary title: Application of battery energy storage systems for power system frequency control
Secondary abstract: This master thesis presents system services which are necesary to ensure the stability of power system. Given is a description of Slovenian power system. Based on this model we performed numerical calculations. To the used model of Slovenian power system we added a control system of frequency control and a battery energy storage system. We tested the operation of automatic frequency restoration reserves system service on the model of entire Slovenian power system which also includes interstate connections. The operation of the control system with the battery energy storage system was also tested in the island mode operation of a part of the Slovenian power system to ensure frequency stability in the island mode operation.
