Secondary abstract: | This thesis deals with building a model of cold rolling mill, used for metal sheets. The model is based on physical description of rolling process, and parametrized based on measurements captured during the operation of the machine. Correctness of model was first verified by checking if changing model inputs results in logical changes in outputs and later by comparing the model simulation results with real process measurements. |
