Abstract

Zaključna naloga vsebuje izdelavo modela delovanja stroja za hladno valjanje pločevine. Model je razvit na podlagi teoretičnih opisov razmer pri valjanju, za katere so preoblikovalni parametri določeni iz meritev opravljenih med delovanjem stroja. Pravilnost modela se preverja s smiselnostjo medsebojnega spreminjanja opazovanih vrednosti in s primerjavo vrednosti, pridobljenih iz meritev z modeliranimi vrednostmi.

Secondary abstract: This thesis deals with building a model of cold rolling mill, used for metal sheets. The model is based on physical description of rolling process, and parametrized based on measurements captured during the operation of the machine. Correctness of model was first verified by checking if changing model inputs results in logical changes in outputs and later by comparing the model simulation results with real process measurements.
