Secondary abstract: | Thermal analysis of performance of ultra thin heat pipes is studied. An experimental set-up for testing ultra thin heat pipes, used in cooling of smartphones is prepared. Infrared thermography is used to observe the surface temperatures of the evaporator, condensator and adiabatic zones of ultra thin heat pipes. Two types of different ultra thin heat pipes are used for experiments, and an open variation of each is observed as well. |
