diplomsko delo Visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo
Abstract
Voda je vir življenja. Pitna voda je dostopna skoraj celotni populaciji po svetu, vendar pa je ta mnogokrat onesnažena in ne ustreza kriterijem Pravilnika o pitni vodi. V ta namen smo v pričujočem raziskovalnem delu razvili prototip filtracijske enote z uporabo zobniške črpalke. Z njo lahko vodo pripravimo neoporečno za uživanje, saj iz vode odstranimo mikroorganizme, kot so npr. bakterije, ki lahko škodujejo zdravju. Filtracijsko enoto poleg zobniške črpalke in filtra sestavljajo še avtomatski odzračevalni, varnostni in dušilni ventil. Pod drobnogled smo vzeli dva različna filtra vgrajena v filtracijski sistem. Obravnavali smo vrednosti glavnih parametrov, ki so pokazatelji onesnaženosti tretirane vode in so določeni v Pravilniku o pitni vodi RS. Za primernejšega se je izkazal Filter 1.

Filtration unit with gear pump |

Water is the main resource that enables life on our planet. The majority of the world population has access to drinking water, however, it is often polluted and does not meet standards of Regulations on drinking water. In our research, we developed a prototype of a filtration unit with the application of a gear pump to combat this problem. It eliminates health-threatening bacteria and other microorganisms from the water which makes it save for consumption. Filtration unit consists of the gear pump, filter, air relief valve, safety valve, and throttle valve. We were testing two different filters and tracking various parameters that indicate water pollution according to Regulations on drinking water in our country. It was determined that the most suitable filter is the Filter 1. |
