diplomsko delo Visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo
Abstract
V primerjavi z drugimi vrstami imajo lamelni motorji zelo majhen izkoristek, vendar je njihova glavna prednost izražena v sami robustnosti in dolgi uporabni dobi.

Further development of a prototype lamellar hydraulic motor |
Secondary abstract: |
Hydraulic rotator is a special version of a vane hydraulic motor (HM) which has low rotational speeds and high torque. It serves as a connection between a hydraulic crane or. hand and any tool attached on him by allowing the load to be moved and rotated. Compared to other types, vane motors have a very low efficiency, but their main advantage is expressed in the very robust and long life service. In addition, they can withstand very large axial loads. The task is aimed at examining the already existing concept in order to find and eliminate weaknesses and errors. With the help of modern measuring technology, we discovered some new faults and successfully eliminated them so that now the engine itself performs uninterrupted rotation without stopping. Despite the achieved constant rotation, the main problem still remains in a much smaller torque than expected. Based on the findings, we prepared new guidelines for further development. |
