Secondary title: | The design of sheet metal bulge test |
Secondary abstract: | Bulge test apparatus needs to be constructed in order to be used in YLD2000-2d yield criteria on case of AISI 304 stainless steel. Thesis includes construction and use of hydraulic bulge test aparatus. Lankford coefficients and yield curve are determined based on pressure and metal sheet deformation. In order to determine main design parameters finite element analysis was used. Measurements and calculations are done based on ISO 16808 standard. Measurements showed that AISI 304 material has anisotropic properties under biaxial loading conditions. The value of coefficient of biaxial anisotropy is 1,089 and normalised biaxial yield stress $ is 0,935. |
