Abstract
V nalogi je predstavljena obravnava varjenih konstrukcij z vidika koncentracij napetosti in obratovalne trdnosti. Obravnavani so različni mogoči načini dimenzioniranja takšnih konstrukcij in idejna pot, od nekdaj pogosto uporabljene metode nominalnih napetosti do metode vročih točk (ang. Hot spot stress method - HSS), ki se je razvila po pojavu metode končnih elementov. V nadaljevanju je poudarek na vrednotenju paličnih konstrukcij žerjavov oziroma na določevanju koncentracij napetosti v njihovih spojih. Glavna pozornost je namenjena obravnavi simetričnih K-spojev. Predstavljena je tudi izdelava parametričnega modela za Ansys APDL, ki obravnava K-spoje v paličnih konstrukcijah iz okroglih cevi. Na koncu je tudi analiza rezultatov, dobljenih s tem modelom, določitev aproksimacijskih enačb ter primerjava z literaturo. Rezultati dobljeni s parametričnim modelom se od tistih iz literature precej razlikujejo, slabo je tudi ujemanje z aproksimacijsko enačbo.

Secondary abstract: |
The thesis presents the treatment of welded structures from the point of view of stress concentration and material fatigue. Discussed are various methods for dimensioning such constructions, from the once widely used nominal stress approach to the Hot spot stress method, which was developed after the emergence of the finite element method. The thesis furthermore touches upon the evaluation of crane trusses and the determination of stress concentration in their joints, focusing primarily on the symmetrical K-joints. Also presented is the creation of an Ansys APDL parametric model, which analyses such joints in truss structures made from circular tubes. The last part of the thesis contains result discussion, determination of approximation equations and comparison with results found in the literature. Our results and the ones from the literature are quite different. Matching between results from parametric model and approximation equations is also poor. |
