Logistični sistem v halal industriji

Abstract
Namen magistrskega dela je bil proučiti logistični sistem v halalski industriji, predvsem pa se pri tem osredotočiti na malezijske halal standarde, ki veljajo za najbolj sprejete v svetu. V prvem delu je predstavljen konvencionalni logistični sistem ter njegove glavne logistične elemente, nato sledi kratka predstavitev religije islam, halalske industrije ter procesa logističnega sistema v halalski industriji na primeru malezijskega podjetja, ki je kot prvo pridobilo halal certifikat za svojo logistično dejavnost.
