Abstract
Organizacija je v digitalni dobi bistvenega (ključnega) pomena, saj z njo dosežemo zainteresirane strani in se lotimo konkurence. Velika večina preden vstopi v stik z organizacijo poišče spletno mesto le te in se vnaprej prepriča in pouči o organizaciji. Zato torej spletno mesto tako na nek način služi kot orodje za predstavitev organizacije potencialno novim obiskovalcem/ ljudem kot tudi drugim organizacijam.
Sledeče velja ravno za športne klube, torej neprofitne organizacije in podjetja. Viri za razvoj spletnega mesta so običajno omejeni, zato smo v ta namen raziskali, da je s pomočjo uporabe nepoklicnih orodij in veščin mogoče razviti celotno spletno mesto. Raziskava je bila izvedena na primeru športnega kluba, pri čemer je bil preučevan postopek načrtovanja spletne strani.
Ker športno društvo KMN Tomaž ŠIC bar še nima svojega spletnega mesta, smo se odločili, da s pomočjo spletne razvojne storitve WIX, z razvojem prototipa oblikujemo načrt spletnega mesta. Potrebe in želje smo zbrali v seriji delno strukturiranih intervjujev na podlagi katerih smo dobili za oblikovanje ustreznega prototipa in načrta za razvoj spletne strani dragocene in potrebne informacije. Med procesom oblikovanja smo upoštevali vse informacije o tem, kaj ljudem najbolj pade v oči, kaj na spletni strani pravzaprav iščejo in jih vključili v prototip.
Tako bi lahko potrdili vse tri zastavljene hipoteze:
- H1: Dobro načrtovano spletno mesto zadosti potrebam oseb, povezanih s spletnim mestom.,
- H2: Procesi načrtovanja spletnega mesta športnega društva imajo posebnosti in se razlikujejo od drugih spletnih mest.
- H3: Spletno mesto športnega društva je mogoče izdelati brez profesionalne pomoči.
S pomočjo naše spletne strani bi tako športni klub razširil svojo prepoznavnost in si pridobil nove navijače, ki bi se udeleževali tekem. Spletno mesto bi omogočalo tudi predvajanje in ogled tekem za navijače, ki se tekem ne bi mogli udeležiti v živo.

In digital era, it is essential for an organisation to be digitally present to reach the stakeholders and, address the competition. Many will look up the organisational website before reaching for a contact. Therefore, the website can serve as a tool for introduction to potential new related people and organisations.
This applies for companies, as well as for non-profit oriented organisations, such as sports clubs. Since the resources to develop a professional web site are usually limited, we explored is a complete web site can be developed using non-professional tools and skills. The research has been carried out on a case of a sports club, where the process o planning a web site has been examined.
Sports club KMN Tomaž ŠIC bar hasn’t got a web site yet, thus we decided to design the plan the web site by developing a prototype with the help of web development service Wix. In a series of semi-structured interviews, we gathered the needs and desires, which got us valued information for designing the appropriate prototype and plan for the development of the web site. Throughout the process, we put into consideration all information about what people are searching for on the website, what catches their eye the most, and included that into our prototype.
We could confirm all three hypothesis: H1: A well planned web site can comply with the user requirements of the organisation stakeholders, H2: Sport club requirements differ from the other web sites and H3: a Sport club web site can be developed without professional assistance.
With the help of our website, the sport club will hopefully widen their recognisability, potentially earn some more fans, who would attend the matches. The website would also broadcast the game for those who can’t attend the game. |
