Abstract

V diplomskem delu sta prikazana pregled literature in teoretičnih osnov Nd-Fe-B magnetov ter postopek protikorozijske zaščite s pomočjo niklja na osnovi breztokovnega in tokovnega nanosa na NdFeB mikro delce. Na laboratorijskem nivoju sta bili preizkušeni obe tehniki nanosa, tako breztokovni kot tudi tokovni princip, uspešnost nanosa je bila analizirana s pomočjo meritev magnetnih lastnosti na magnetometri s tresočim se vzorcem ter kvalitativne in kvantitativne analize nanesene plasti na vrstičnem elektronskem mikroskopu, opremljenim z metodo energijske disperzije rentgenskih žarkov.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis statement we will present an overview of literature and theoretical foundations of NdFeB magnets, and the process of corrosion protection with the help of nickel coatings, on the basis of the electroless plating and electroplating on NdFeB micro particles. Both techniques, electroplating and electroless plating, were tested in the laboratory. The effectiveness was analyzed using magnetic properties measurements on the vibrating sample magnetometer and the analysis of the deposited Ni layer on a scanning electron microscope equipped with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy
