Abstract

Uporaba fluorovih atomov v farmacevtskih in agrokemičnih izdelkih se je v zadnjih letih zaradi edinstvenih lastnosti fluorovega atoma močno povečala. Še posebej so za uporabo v farmaciji zanimive spojine s trifluorometilno funkcionalno skupino. Posledično je razvoj doživela tudi kemija fluoriranih organskih spojin, povečalo pa se je tudi zanimanje za razvoj novih metod direktnega trifluorometiliranja ter novih trifluorometilirnih reagentov. V diplomskem delu sem predstavila nukleofilno trifluorometiliranje z uporabo Ruppert-Prakashevega reagenta ter različnih drugih nukleofilnih reagentov in iniciatorjev, elektrofilno trifluorometiliranje z uporabo Tognijevih ter Umemotovih reagentov in radikalsko trifluorometiliranje.

Secondary abstract: The use of fluorine atoms in pharmaceutical and agrochemical products has greatly increased in recent years due to the unique properties of the fluorine atom. Of special interest for use in pharmaceuticals are compounds containing trifluoromethyl group. As a result, the chemistry of fluorinated organic compounds has flourished, and interest in the development of new methods of direct trifluoromethylation and new trifluoromethylation reagents has increased. In my thesis I presented nucleophilic trifluoromethylation with Ruppert-Prakash reagent and various other nucleophilic reagents and initiators, electrophilic trifluoromethylation using Togni and Umemoto reagents and radical trifluoromethylation.
