Abstract

V svojem diplomskem delu sem najprej iz anilinskih prekurzorjev sintetiziral hibridni material v obliki svežnjev nanožic, sestavljen iz kompleksa anilina in molibdenovega oksida. S segrevanjem v argonu sem žice pretvoril v MoO2 nanožice, ki sem jih nato dekoriral z nanodelci žlahtnih kovin (Au, Pt, Pd) z uporabo njihovih kompleksov. S spreminjanjem molskega razmerja med HAuCl4 in MoO2 sem skušal izolirati material s čimbolj homogeno dekoracijo zlatih nanodelcev s premerom nekaj 10 nm. Sintetizirane MoO2 nanožice dekorirane z zlatimi nanodelci sem nato s kontroliranim segrevanjem na zraku pretvoril v MoO3 nanožice, dekorirane z zlatimi nanodelci. Z uporabo TGA sem uspel določiti temperaturne pogoje, kjer se MoO2 nanožice oksidirajo v MoO3 nanožice, pri čemer se dekoracija ohrani. Pri svojem delu sem uporabil še naslednje meritvene tehnike: SEM, TEM, XRD.

Secondary title: Synthesis and decoration of molybdenum oxide nanowires
Secondary abstract: In my work I synthesized hybrid nanowire material made out of anilin complex and molybdenum oxide. With heating in Ar atmosphere the material was transformed into MoO2 nanowires, which were then decorated with nanoparticles of noble metals (Au, Pt, Pd). For decoration noble metal coordination complexes were used. With adjusting the molar ratio of HAuCl4 and MoO2 I tried to achieve homogenous decoration with gold nanoparticles with diameter of a few 10 nm. Nanowires decorated with gold were then transformed into MoO3 nanowires decorated with gold by controlled heating in air. With the use of TGA I managed to get the temperature conditions at which the MoO2 nanowires oxidate into MoO3 nanowires while still being decorated with gold. During my work I also used SEM, TEM, XRD.
