Abstract

Ker se povpraševanje po natančnejšem nadzoru in funkcionalnosti v industriji povečuje, se vedno bolj zanašamo na merilnike, ki merijo pomik batnice hidravličnih valjev. Veliko podjetji nudi različne rešitve za merjenje pomika pri hidravličnih valjih. V zaključni nalogi smo se lotili vgradnje CAD modelov merilnikov pomika v industrijski hidravlični valj. Po pregledu trga smo si izbrali tri različne merilnike, ki se razlikujejo po načinu delovanja in postopku vgradnje. Na začetku naloge je predstavljeno delovanje merilnikov pomika, nato pa je prikazan postopek vgradnje modelov. Po uspešni vgradnji smo komentirali težave in prednosti posameznega merilnika. Vgradnja CAD modelov je potekala v programskem okolju SolidWorks.

Secondary abstract: As the demand for more precise control and functionality in the industry increases, we are increasingly relying on measuring instruments that measure the displacement of the piston rod of hydraulic cylinders. Many companies offer various solutions for measuring the displacement of hydraulic cylinders. In this thesis we have selected various displacement sensors and installed their CAD models in an industrial hydraulic cylinder. After reviewing the market, we selected three different displacement sensors that differ in operating principle and installation procedure. At the beginning of the thesis, the operation of the displacement sensors is presented, followed by the process of installing the models. After successful installation, we commented on the problems and advantages of each sensor. The installation of CAD models took place in the SolidWorks software environment.
