diplomsko delo

Abstract

Secondary title: Optimization of rheological additive activation in the production process of a 2K PUR HS coating
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the diploma work is to optimize the process of activation of rheological additive at the laboratory level. Due to exceptional situation, the desired experimental work could not be performed. So, we just theoretically wrote what we would do. A temperature (time) curve is made for each experiment. After reaching the desired temperature, if necessary, increase or decrease the speed of the stirrer and thus maintain the desired temperature. Finally, the samples are tested for rheology and usual parameters and compared with each other. The collected data can then be used in “scale up” for production equipment that is upgraded with computer control (temperature measurement and mixing speed control).
