Abstract

Delo govori o izdelavi programske opreme za analizo hitrosti in temperature zračnega toka v hladilnih stolpih. Meritve so bile izvedene v hladilnem stolpu bloka 6 Termoelektrarne Šoštanj s pomočjo mobilne enote, ki hkrati beleži svoj položaj v prostoru. Izdelali smo programsko opremo v programskem jeziku Python, s katero smo filtrirali podatke in izločili napačne vrednosti. Rezultate smo prikazali v obliki ploskovnih diagramov za posamezne segmente hladilnega stolpa. Na podlagi rezultatov smo komentirali ustreznost postopka merjenja in programske opreme. Razlike hitrosti in temperature zračnega toka znotraj polja so bile po pričakovanjih relativno majhne zaradi dobrih obratovalnih karakteristik novega hladilnega stolpa.

Secondary title: AirFlow velocity and temperature analysis in cooling towers
Secondary abstract: This work's topic is development of software for the analysis of airflow velocity and temperature in cooling towers. The measurements were carried out in the cooling tower of block 6 of the Šoštanj Thermal power plant with the help of a mobile unit, which at the same time records its position. We created software in the Python programming language, which we used to filter the data and eliminate incorrect values. The results were presented in the form of plot diagrams for individual segments of the cooling tower. Based on the results, we commented on the adequacy of the measurement process and software. Differences in airflow velocity and temperature within the field were as expected relatively small due to the good operating characteristics of the new cooling tower.
