Abstract

Dandanes je v panogi avtomobilske industrije zaradi velike konkurenčnosti med podjetji potrebna visoka stopnja avtomatizacije izdelave komponent za le-to. Tukaj tako nastopijo avtomatizirane linije z raznimi posebno zasnovanimi CNC obdelovalnimi stroji, katerih se zaradi velike obremenitve in hitrosti izdelave poslužujejo industrijski roboti, zajeti znotraj robotske celice. Tako bomo v tem diplomskem delu predstavili sestavo in delovanje posluževanja CNC obdelovalnega stroja za globoko vrtanje ojnic tovornjakov s pomočjo industrijskega robota. Predstavili bomo industrijskega robota in njegov krmilnik ter programsko okolje za programiranje, CNC obdelovalni stroj in celotno celico, komunikacijo, programiranje in varnostno konfiguracijo robota. Poudarek bo namenjen programiranju samega robota.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays the automotive industry requires a high level of automation when manufacturing parts, because of the high level of competition between companies. Here automated production lines come in using special CNC machines. Because of the extreme strain this would put on a worker and the fast pace of production, industrial robots inside robot cells have to be used. This thesis describes the composition and functionality of serving such a CNC machine for the deep drilling of truck conrods with the help of an industrial robot. We will describe the industrial robot, its controller and the programming environment that will be used for programming, the CNC machine and the robot cell, the communication, programming and safety configuration of the robot. An emphasis will be given to the programming of the robot.
