Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena tehnologija obdelave šobe z mikrofrezanjem. Šobo smo razdelili na dve polovici, kjer je vsaka zahtevala primerno obdelavo z mikrofrezanjem. Glede na zahtevane tolerance delavniških risb, smo opisali tehnološki postopek CAM programiranja, ki je primeren za šobo iz kaljenega jekla s trdoto 60 HRC. Predstavili smo izbiro CNC stroja, orodij, vpetja in parametrov obdelave. Za lažjo vizualno predstavo, smo dodali tudi slikovni prikaz sekvenc programa. Na koncu smo izračunali še proizvodne stroške, ki nastanejo pri obdelavi šobe.

Secondary title: Processing tehnology of the noozle by micromilling
Secondary abstract: A thesis presents processing technology of the nozzle by micromilling. The nozzle was divided into two halves, where each required appropriate micromilling tehniques. According to required tolerances of workshop drawings, we have written a technological process of CAM programming, which is suitable for a nozzle made of hardened steel with hardness 60 HRC. We presented a selection of CNC machine, tools and machining parameters. For easier visual representation, we have also added a pictures of the program sequences. At the end we calculated the production costs incurred in processing the nozzle.
