Abstract
Na tržiču trenutno ne najdemo vezi, katere prvoten namen je kvaliteta pri spustu in hkrati omogoča vzpenjanje s smučmi. Tako so smučarji prisiljeni sprejemati kompromis pri izbiri vezi, kadar do terenov dostopajo peš. Po postopkih obratnega inženirstva smo zasnovali adapter za menjavo smučarske vezi, ki omogoča enostavno menjavo vezi Tyrolia attack demo za turno smučarsko vez. Izdelava plošče je potekala po postopkih odrezovanja z abrazivnim vodnim curkom, žično elektroerozijo, vrtanjem, struženjem in frezanjem. Izdelali smo ploščo, katere funkcija snemanja s smuči je primerljiva tisti na prvotni vezi Tyrolia attack demo. Smučarjem omogoča spuščanje s kvalitetno vezjo in hojo za ceno približno 300 gramov večje teže (odvisna je od vezi, ki jo privijačimo na adapter), ki jo mora uporabnik nositi.

Manufacturing of replaceable ski binding plate |
Secondary abstract: |
Currently on the market there is no ski binding that is primarily focused on ski descent and also enables ski touring. Therefore skiers are forced to accept compromise choosing ski bindings when they approach terrains by hiking. With reverse engineering procedure we designed adapter for replacement of a ski binding which allows easy replacement of original Tyrolia attack demo binding with ski touring setup. Manufacturing of adapter for replacement of ski binding was made by cutting processes like abrasive water yet, wire electrical discharge machinig, drilling, turning and milling. We manufactured adapter with function which can be easily compared with the original product. It allows skiers to descent with a quality binding and also hike but the down side is that the sistem is approximately 300 grams heavier. |
