Abstract
Elektropoliranje se je uveljavilo kot standardni postopek končne površinske obdelave pokrovov tlačnih posod za farmacevtsko in prehrambeno industrijo. Za lažjo obdelavo smo se odločili uvesti namensko orodje. Na podlagi večletnega znanja na področju elektropoliranja smo po več iteracijah uspelo razviti in izdelati prototip orodja. S pomočjo CAD programa smo zasnovali orodje, ki se približa obliki pokrova na optimalni razdalji in zagotavlja kvalitetno elektropoliranje. Orodje je bilo izdelano s tehnološkimi postopki varjenja, laserskega odreza, odreza na žagi in krivljenja na krivilnem stroju. Rezultat našega dela je zložljivo orodje, ki omogoča preprosto namestitev in je aplikativno za pokrove posod različnih premerov.

Tool for electropolishing covers of pressure vessels |
Secondary abstract: |
Electropolishing has become an essential process in surface treatment of pressure vessel covers for food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. For an easier treatment of covers, we decided to introduce a specialized tool. Based on many years of experience in the field of electropolishing, we have been able to develop and manufacture a prototype tool. With the help of a CAD software we designed a cathode that follows the shape of the cover, which enables a high quality finish. The tool was made with various technological procedures, such as welding, laser cutting, cutting with a circular saw and metal bending. Result of our work is a foldable tool, which is easy to install and can be used for covers of various diameters. |
