Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavi postopek preslikave genske sekvence z vnaprej določenimi SNP-variacijami v morfološki model človeškega obraza. Opiše postopek priprave podatkov in učenje modela za preslikavo ter uporabo programa Meshmonk za parametrizacijo obraza, prek katerega uporablja točke obraza za učenju modela. Predstavi tudi dobljene rezultate pri učenju različnih modelov in izboljšavo parametrov vsakega predstavljenega modela.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis, we show how to transform a genome sequence with known SNP variations into a morphological human face model. The thesis describes the preparation of the data set and the face phenotyping transformation using the Meshmonk program. We show results for different models and their parameter improvements.
