Abstract
Zanimalo nas je splošno zadovoljstvo študentov, kako zaznavajo organizacijsko klimo v podjetju in kateri elementi zadovoljstva pripomorejo k odločitvi študentov o redni zaposlitvi v Iskraemeco, d. d. Cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti povezanost med splošnim zadovoljstvom študentov in njihovo željo po zaposlitvi v podjetju ter povezanost med zaznano klimo in željo po redni zaposlitvi.
Za okolje raziskovalne naloge smo izbrali študente zaposlene v Iskraemeco, d. d. v septembru 2020. Iskraemeco je delniška družba, z glavno dejavnostjo razvoja, proizvodnjo in trženjem instrumentov za merjenje, upravljanje, vodenje in obračun porabe električne energije. Vse bolj pa se nagibajo k pametnim rešitvam za učinkovito upravljanje energije, katere upravljajo s stabilnim portfeljem pametnih števcev in omrežij. Podatke smo pridobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, jih statistično obdelati v programu SPSS in nato interpretirati.
Ugotovili smo, da na splošno zadovoljstvo študentov v podjetju najbolj vplivajo odnosi s sodelavci in delovno okolje (v tehničnem smislu). Na željo po zaposlitvi v podjetju v veliki meri vpliva neposredno nadrejeni, varno delovno okolje ter delovno mesto brez bojev in prepirov. V povprečju študenti zaznavajo organizacijsko klimo v Iskraemeco kot pozitivno.
Glede na ugotovitve raziskave smo predlagali, da zaposleni v Iskraemeco še naprej vzdržujejo obstoječo organizacijsko klimo, ki pozitivno vpliva na željo po redni zaposlitvi študentov. Ker je študentsko delo oblika prekarnega dela in ni dolgoročna, se populacija študentov v podjetju stalno spreminja. Zato je smiselno stalno raziskovati in slediti spremembam ter z ustreznim prilagajanjem elementov zadovoljstva študentov in zaposlenih izboljševati organizacijsko klimo, ki bo omogočala obstoj in razvoj podjetja.

We were interested in the general satisfaction of students, how they perceive the organizational climate in the company and what elements of satisfaction contribute to the decision of students on full-time employment in Iskraemeco, d. d. The aim of the research was to determine the connection between the general satisfaction of students and their desire for employment in the company and the connection between the perceived climate and the desire for regular employment.
For the research environment we selected students currently employed by Iskraemeco, d. d. Which is a joint stock company, with the main activity of developing, manufacturing and marketing instruments for measuring, managing, managing and billing electricity consumption. However, they are increasingly leaning towards smart solutions for efficient energy management, which they manage with a stable portfolio of smart meters and networks. The data were obtained with the help of a questionnaire, statistically processed in the SPSS program and then interpreted.
We found that the overall student satisfaction in the company is most influenced by the element of the work environment (in technical terms). The desire for employment in the company is largely influenced by their immediate superiors, a safe working environment and, a workplace without fights and quarrels. This indicates a positive perception of the organizational climate from the point of view of respondents.
Based on the findings of the research, we proposed that Iskraemeco employees continue to maintain the existing organizational climate, which has a positive effect on the desire for full-time employment of students. Because student work is a form of precarious work and is not long-term, the student population in the company is constantly changing. Therefore, it makes sense to constantly research and monitor changes and, by appropriately adapting the elements of student and employee satisfaction, improve the organizational climate that will enable the existence and development of the company. |
