Abstract
Pri zunanjem stavbnem pohištvu, kot so okna, se vedno bolj izpostavljajo naslednje lastnosti: toplotna prehodnost, zvočna izolativnost, varnost, svetlobna prepustnost, kakovost tesnjenja, mehanske obremenitve, trajnost in vzdrževanje. Za prenašanje obremenitev obstaja neskončno konstrukcijskih možnosti ne glede na uporabljen osnovni material okenskega profila. Najbolj razširjen profil za izdelavo oken je iz PVC materiala, kateri ima različno število komor in ojačitve v notranji strukturi. Za toplotno prehodnost in statičnost elementov stavbnega pohištva je pomembna ojačitev profila, ki prevzema obremenitve zasteklitve, katere so večkrat večjih dimenzij. Zato smo z metodo mehanskega preizkušanja (natezni in upogibni preizkus) preverili tehnične lastnosti ojačitvenih materialov. Ugotovili smo, da kompozitni material s steklenimi vlakni (PBT) dobro izpodriva jekleno ojačitev pri PVC okenskem profilu, katera slabo vpliva na toplotno prehodnost okna.

Builder’s joinery is crucial for the quality of any building. With outside builder’s joinery such as windows the most exposed properties are thermal conductivity, sound insulation, security, light transmittance, sealing quality, mechanical stress, durability and maintenance. Improving thermal properties of energy-efficient windows is dependent on the type of glazing, material, construction of the frame and the quality of sealing and fittings used. For load bearing there is infinity of construction possibilities not depending on the basic material used for the window profile.
The most circulated profile for windows is made from PVC material which can have different number of chambers and reinforcements of the inner structure. The reinforcement of the profile, that takes over the load of the glazing of bigger dimensions, is important for improving thermal conductivity and builder’s joinery elements static. We used the method of mechanic testing (tensile and bending test) to check the technical properties of the reinforcement materials. We found out, that the composite material with glass fibres (PBT) is a good replacement for the steel reinforcement in the PVC window profile, which has a bad impact on the thermal conductivity of the window. |
