Abstract

Pri izdelavi poslovnega načrta smo preverjali zanimivost poslovne ideje izdelovanja lesenih miselnih zlagank. Izdelali smo najpomembnejše točke poslovnega načrta in tako idejo preverili s finančnega, trženjskega in organizacijskega vidika. Ugotovili smo, da na slovenskem trgu konkurence ni, na svetovnem trgu pa je velika. Na trg bo podjetje vstopilo s politiko visokih cen in s tem jamčilo kakovost in unikatnost izdelkov. Podjetje bo na trg stopilo preko lokalnega trga in se nato v četrtem letu poslovanja razširilo na tuje trge. Trženje izdelkov bo v začetni fazi potekalo preko družabnih omrežij. Dokazali smo, da imajo ročno narejeni izdelki visoko dodano vrednost in da je ideja poslovno in finančno zanimiva, ter da so tveganja zelo nizka.

Secondary title: Business plan for puzzle box production
Secondary abstract: This bachelor's degree thesis examined the idea of wooden handmade puzzle box production through the making of a business plan. We established the key points of the plan and tested our idea from the financial, marketing and organizational perspectives. We discovered that while there is no competition in Slovenia, on the foreign market the competition is significant. The company will thus enter the local market and then in the fourth year expand to foreign markets. At the start we will market our products on social media. We concluded that the idea of making wooden handmade puzzle boxes in interesting from both business and financial perpectives.
