Abstract
Poznavanje obnašanja izdelkov med njihovim delovanjem nam lahko močno olajša dizajniranje ter poceni njihov razvoj in proizvodnjo. Zaradi kompleksnosti izdelkov in uporabe različnih materialov težko točno napovemo nekatere parametre. Ker vseh izdelkov ne moremo testirati ali pa so testiranja dolga in potratna, se poslužujemo računalniških simulacij kot predtesta za prototipne izdelke. Cilj te naloge je primerjati dva modela releja, TRK22 (staro) in TRK22R (novo) verzijo, ter izdelati simulacijo, ki bo dobro opisala segrevanje releja med delovanjem. Namen naloge je pospešit razvoj relejev z uporabo simulacij na drugih modelih že izdelanih relejev, ter pocenit samo testiranje in proizvodnjo.
Izvedli smo meritve in simulacijo na treh relejih. Eden je služil za referenco in kot testni primer simulacije, druga dva pa sta releja, ki smo ju primerjali med seboj. Rezultati meritev in simulacije so pokazali dobro ujemanje. Temperature, dosežene v novem tipu releja, pa so bile bistveno nižje kot v starem tipu. Naša predvidevanja so bila torej dobra, kar pomeni, da lahko nadaljujemo z razvojem in navsezadnje s proizvodnjo.

Knowing the behaviour of products during their operation, can drasticaly facilitate the design process and lower the price of development and production. Due to complexity of products and different materials used, it is difficult to tell exsactly some parameters. Since we can not test all products or tests might be expensive and wastefull, we use computer simulations as pretest for prototype products. Goal of this thesis is to compare two types of relays, TRK22 (old) and TRK22R (new), and make simulation, that will describe heating of relay during operation good. With this work we aim to speed up the research and development process and make testing and production cheaper.
We did mesurements and simulations on three relays. One served as reference point and test subject for simulation, other two tested relays were later compared between eachother. Results of mesurements ans simulations show good matching. Temperatures reached in new relay were much lower than in old type. Our predictions were good, therefore we can continue with development and after all production. |
