Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljen pristop oblikovanja proizvodnih sistemov z uporabo naprednih programskih okolij. Osnovni problem magistrskega dela je bil izbrati ustrezno lokacijo za postavitev novega proizvodnega sistema, ga ustrezno oblikovati na podlagi podanih vhodnih podatkov proizvodnega sistema ter preveriti njegove zmožnosti. Proizvodni sistem smo oblikovali s pomočjo dveh programskih okolij Autodesk Inventor in Autodesk Factory Design Utilities, pri tem smo vse potrebne podatke za oblikovanje proizvodnega sistema določili računsko in na podlagi podanih priporočil. Izdelan je diskretni simulacijski model proizvodnih procesov za šest različnih tipov izdelkov v programskem okolju Autodesk Process Analysis. Z izvedbo simulacij smo dobili vpogled v zmožnosti proizvodnega sistema glede na parametre pretočnega časa, zasedenosti delovnih strojev in delavcev. Rezultate simulacij smo na koncu ovrednotili in podali predloge za izboljšave proizvodnih procesov v prihodnosti.

Secondary title: Production systems design using advanced software environment
Secondary abstract: In the master's thesis an approach to the design of production systems is presented using advanced software environments. The basic problem of the master's thesis was to select a suitable location for the installation of a new production system, to design it appropriately on the basis of the given input data of the production system and to check its capacities. The production system was designed with the help of two software environments, Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Factory Design Utilities. All the necessary data for the design of the production system were calculated and determined on the basis of the given recommendations. A discrete event simulation model of production processes for six different product types in the Autodesk Process Analysis software environment has been developed. By performing simulations, we gained insight into the capacities of the production system in terms of process time parameters, utilization of machines and workers. The results of the simulations were finally evaluated and suggestions for improvements in production processes in the future.
