Abstract

V magistrskem delu so predstavljena teoretična izhodišča o morali in moralni vzgoji ter pomenu pravljic, kar je povzeto s pridobljenimi empiričnimi podatki. Namen magistrskega dela je bil ugotoviti, ali vzgojiteljice predšolskih otrok in pomočnice vzgojiteljice zagovarjajo moralo in moralno vzgojo pri predšolskih otrocih ter na kakšen način, s pomočjo česa, vzgojiteljice predšolskih otrok in pomočnice vzgojiteljice vpeljujejo moralno vzgojo v svojo skupino. V teoretičnem delu so utemeljeni morala, moralna vzgoja predšolskih otrok ter njen pomen in vrednote, s katerimi se srečujemo na vsakem koraku. Opredeljene so različne teorije moralnega razsojanja, največ pozornosti pa je namenjene Kohlbergovi teoriji moralnega presojanja ter pomenu pravljic, pri čemer sem se posvetila zgodovini in vlogi pravljic ter njihovi pomembnosti vse do danes. Med pisanjem sem se osredinila na pravljice, njihovo poznavanje in pomembnost v skladu z zavedanjem moralnih naukov, ki jih preko pravljic sporočimo in prenesemo na predšolske otroke vzgojiteljice predšolskih otrok in pomočnice vzgojiteljice.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents theoretical starting points on morality, moral education and the meaning of fairy tales, summarized with the obtained empirical data. The purpose of the master's thesis was to determine whether preschool teachers and assistant educators advocate morality and moral education in preschool children and how, i.e. by which means, preschool teachers and assistant educators introduce moral education in their group. The theoretical part is based on morality, preschool children's moral education, its importance, and the values that we encounter at every step. Various moral judgment theories are defined, whereas the most attention is paid to Kohlberg's theory of moral judgment and the meaning of fairy tales, focusing on the history and role of fairy tales and their importance to this day. While writing, I focused on fairy tales, our familiarity with them, and their importance, all the while being aware of the moral teachings we communicate through fairy tales and pass on to preschool children, preschool teachers, and assistant educators.
