magistrsko delo magistrskega študijskega programa II. stopnje Strojništvo
Abstract
Podjetje za potrebe avtomobilske industrije razvija in proizvaja zaganjalnike, alternatorje, elektromotorje ter električne in pogonske mehatronske sisteme. Za razvoj novih izdelkov ima podjetje večji razvojni oddelek, v katerem istočasno razvija več izdelkov. Udeleženci teh projektov so tako istočasno angažirani pri več projektih in praviloma delajo na različnih lokacijah. Čeprav imajo v podjetju predpisan postopek načrtovanja in vodenja razvojnih projektov, vodstvo ugotavlja, da nima pregleda nad stanjem projektov in obremenitvijo ter odgovornostjo sodelujočih, zato projekti pogosto zamujajo in to predvsem zaradi odpravljanja neskladnosti v zadnjih fazah razvoja izdelka. V magistrskem delu bo prikazan prenovljen postopek obvladovanja razvojnih projektov v podjetju, ki bo temeljil na strategijah in elementih sočasnega inženiringa ter principih vitkosti pri izbranem projektu.

Secondary abstract: |
The company develops starters, alternators, electric motors, electrical and propulsion mechatronic systems for the needs of the automotive industry. To develop new products, the company has a larger development department that develops several products at the same time. Participants in these projects are thus engaged in several projects at the same time and usually work in different locations. Although the company has a prescribed process of planning development project management, catering management, that they do not have reviews of the situation on projects and the burden of responsibility of responsible participants, so projects can be delayed to ensure non-compliance in the final stage of product development. The master's thesis will present a renewed process of managing development projects in the company, based on strategies and elements of simultaneous engineering, and the principles of leanness on the selected project. |
