Secondary abstract: | The bachelour thesis contains the process of designing, constructing and strength calculation of the leaf spring clamp, which has the role of attaching several lamellar leaf springs to different means of transport. First the method of production and the basic properties of leaf springs are described. The diploma thesis presents the process of optimizing the geometry of the leaf spring clamp. With the help of strength calculation and analysis we get optimal solution of the problem. The optimization of the clamp geometry is performed according to the stress concentration factor or. maximum load capacity in the axial direction. |
