Abstract

Planiranje, spremljanje in nadzor proizvodnje so eni izmed ključnih procesov, ki potekajo znotraj vsakega uspešnega podjetja. V magistrskem delu smo se osredotočili na izboljšanje obstoječega stanja v Orodjarni podjetja Talum d.d. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela predstavljamo podjetje, programska okolja, črtne kode in teoretična ozadja planiranja, vodenja ter nadzora proizvodnje. Empirični del magistrskega dela pa sestoji iz predstavitve planiranja v programskem okolju Microsoft Project in vseh narejenih izboljšav, ki smo jih izvedli v podjetju.

Secondary abstract: Planning, monitoring and control of production are key processes that take place within any successful company. In the master's thesis, we focused on improving the existing situation in Tool Repair Workshop of the company Talum d.d. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we present the company, software environments, barcodes and theoretical backgrounds of production planning, management and control. Empirical part of the thesis consists of a presentation of planning in the project management software Microsoft Project and all the improvements we made in the company.
