Secondary abstract: | The master's thesis in front of you brings together information on the types of most common cyber threats and the summary of essential laws which in some way or another cover the field of cyber security and are established at the level of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union. Among other things, the thesis presents an overview of the state of cyber threats and their occurrence in the last five years. The empirical part of the thesis shows the results of the survey on how well individuals are aware of and acquainted with cyber security legislation. The final part of thesis includes comparing the survey results, concluding on the given hypotheses in research questions, and ideas for potential further research. |
