Abstract

Namen magistrske naloge je prikazati celoten inženirski pristop pri razvoju nove generacije električne ključavnice avtomatskih drsnih vrat. Opredelili smo probleme trenutne ključavnice in raziskali možne tipe alternativnih aktuatorjev. Naročili smo nekaj vzorcev različnih motorjev, izdelali lasten elektromagnetni aktuator in s pomočjo programskega orodja Altium Designer razvili tiskana vezja za izdelavo delujočih prototipov. Po napisani programski kodi za mikrokontroler, smo ključavnice skozi serijo preizkusov medsebojno primerjali in izbrali najbolj primerno ključavnico začetnim kriterijem.

Secondary title: Advanced locking system for automatic sliding doors
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the master's thesis is to show the entire engineering approach in the development of a new generation of an electric locking system for automatic sliding doors. We identified the problems of the current locking system and explored possible types of alternative actuators. We ordered some samples of different motors, made our own electromagnetic actuator and with the help of the software tool Altium Designer developed printed circuit boards for developing working prototypes. After writing the program code for the microcontroller, we compared the locking systems with each other through a series of tests and selected the most suitable locking system for the initial criteria.
