Abstract

Secondary title: Organisation of an advanced training course in Flying School of Slovenian Air Force
Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis deals with the creation and introduction of a new training course for new and existing pilots inside or outside the Slovenian AF. The Flying school of SAF covers almost most of the courses for pilots, but the new regulations provide for a course that we do not yet have in our organization. As we have the appropriate environment, technical resources and highly qualified staff, we have explored the possibility of creating and introducing a new course that is adapted to the latest aviation regulations and represents an important step forward to increase the skills and competitiveness of our pilots. We used the methods, forms and processes of education planning presented in the theoretical part of the thesis. The implementation and content of the course is described in the central part, and at the end of the thesis we checked and answered the key questions from the introductory part.
