Abstract

V diplomskem delu obravnavamo problem optimalne organizacije dela, pri registraciji oseb na konferenčnih dogodkih z namenom zagotovitve čim krajšega časa čakanja strank in vrst. V ta namen smo razvili simulacijski model registracije udeležencev na izobraževalnem dogodku. Simulacijski model je bil razvit z orodjem AnyLogic PLE. Realne podatke o časih registracije smo zbirali na izobraževalnem dogodku leta 2019. Rešitev je optimalna postavitev registracijskih mest na treh različnih vhodih brez daljših čakalnih vrst.

Secondary title: Simulation of participants' registration at an educational event
Secondary abstract: In this thesis we discuss the problem of how to optimally place registration points so that there are no queues for waiting for registration. For this purpose, we made a simulation model of registration of participants in an educational event. We chose AnyLogic PLE for the simulation program. Realistic data on registration times was collected at an educational event in 2019. The solution is the optimal placement of registration points at three different entrances without longer queues.
