Abstract
Izhodišča: Zdrava uravnotežena prehrana v obdobju nosečnosti predstavlja uživanje varne, energijsko in hranilno uravnotežene ter varovalne hrane. Splošna priporočila glede zdrave uravnotežene prehrane niso enaka za vse nosečnice in jih je potrebno individualno prilagajati. Pomembno je, da ženska že pred nosečnostjo uživa zdravo uravnoteženo prehrano ali takoj, ko izve za nosečnost. Namen zaključnega dela je predstaviti pomen in načela zdravega uravnoteženega prehranjevanja v času nosečnosti in z raziskavo ugotoviti prehranjevalne navade nosečnic pred zanositvijo in v času nosečnosti.
Raziskovalne metode: Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela in kvantitativno metodologijo raziskovanja. Empirični podatki so zbrani s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 45 anketirank. Raziskava je potekala v letu 2019. Vanjo so bile vključene nosečnice, ki so bile v času anketiranja noseče in ženske, ki so bile noseče v letu 2018.
Rezultati: Večina anketirank (82 %) meni, da je njihova prehrana dovolj pestra in raznolika. V času nosečnosti so bile naklonjene spremembam in so upoštevale načela zdrave uravnotežene prehrane, saj je kar 47 % anketirank spremenilo način prehranjevanja. V dnevno prehrano je 58 % anketirank vključilo več zelenjave in 56 % anketirank zmanjšalo vnos sladic in sladkih pijač. Po navodilih zdravstvenega osebja so uživale tudi prehranske dodatke (folna kislina, železo).
Diskusija in zaključek: Nosečnost je čas, ko je ženska bolj motivirana za pozitivne spremembe. V raziskavi smo ugotovili, da so anketiranke spremenile svoj življenjski slog v času nosečnosti (spremenile so prehranjevanje, vključile telesno aktivnost, počitek). Za spremembe v času nosečnosti je pomembno svetovanje zdravstvenega osebja.

Healty balanced diet during pregnancy |

Introduction: A healthy balanced diet during pregnancy is the consumption of safe, energy and nutritionally balanced and protective foods. General recommendations for a healthy balanced diet are not the same for all pregnant women and need to be individually tailored. It is important for a woman to eat a healthy balanced food before pregnancy or as soon as she finds out about the pregnancy. The purpose of the final work is to present the importance and principles of a healthy balanced diet during pregnancy and to determine the eating habits of pregnan twomen before pregnancy and during pregnancy.
Researchmethodology: We used a descriptive methodand a quantitative research methodology. Empirical data were collected using a survey questionnaire. The survey involved 45 respondents and it was conducted in 2019. The survey included pregnant women who were pregnant at the time of th esurvey and women who were pregnant in 2018.
Results: The majority of respondents (82 %) believe that their diet is sufficiently varied and diverse. During pregnancy they were in favor of changes and they followed the principles of a healthy balanced diet, because 47 % of respondents changed their diet. 58 % of respondents included more vegetables in their daily diet and 56 % of respondents reduced their intake of desserts and sugarydrinks. According to the instructions of the medical staff, they also took nutritional supplements (folic, acid, iron).
Discussionandconclusion: Women is more motivated for a positive changes in a pregnancy time. In the research, we found that the respondents changed their life style during pregnancy (they changed their diet, included physical activity, rest). The advice of medical staff is important for making changes during pregnancy. |
