Abstract

Pravilna izbira procesnih parametrov v postopku selektivnega laserskega taljenja je velik izziv zaradi dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na mehanske lastnosti izdelka. V magistrskem delu smo se osredotočili na spreminjanje dveh parametrov, hitrosti in prekrivanja laserskega žarka. Delo smo razdelili v tri faze, pri kateri smo za vsak naslednji preizkus izbrali parametre, ki so pokazali najboljše rezultate. Ugotovili smo, da na mehanske lastnosti pomembno vpliva velikost skenirne plošče, posledično tudi čas izdelave enega sloja. Ugotovili smo mejne vrednosti hitrosti in prekrivanja, ki neugodno vplivajo na mehanske lastnosti izdelka.

Secondary abstract: Determining the right parameters for selective laser melting process presents a great challenge because of many factors that affect the mechanical properties of a product. This master’s thesis focuses on changing of two parameters, velocity and laser beam overlap. The research was split into three phases, where the parameters that are showed the best results for each subsequent test were selected. We learned that the mechanical properties were significantly affected by the size of the scanning plate, that consequently altered the production of one layer. We detected speed limits and overlaps that adversely affected the mechanical properties of the product
