Abstract

V prispevku s korpusno analizo iz gradiva sodobne slovenščine izluščimo primere stalnih besednih zvez, na nastanek katerih so vplivali dogodki iz leta 1918, in ob izbranih primerih raziskujemo sledi stoletne jezikovne rabe vse do virov nastanka. Na primerih zvez prva svetovna vojna in španska gripa ugotavljamo, ali so nastanek in potek posameznega zgodovinskega dogodka ter nastanek in raba stalne besedne zveze sočasni. Raziskava pokaže, da so odmevni zgodovinski dogodki pomemben vir za nastanek novih stalnih besednih zvez, katerih raba ni nujno sočasna s potekom posameznega zgodovinskega dogodka.

Secondary abstract: Using corpus-based analysis of contemporary Slovene, examples are found of multi-word expressions, the appearance of which was influenced by the events of 1918, and in selected cases we trace the century of language use back to its source. The cases of prva svetovna vojna (First World War) and španska gripa (Spanish flu) are examined to ascertain if the historical event and the use of the expression connected with it were simultaneous or not. The research shows that important historical events are an important source of new multi-word expressions whose use is not necessarily contemporaneous with the unfolding of the event itself.
