Abstract

Cilj magistrske naloge je bil predstaviti teoretična izhodišča o procesu izbire kadrov, preučiti in spoznati različne pristope in metode izbire kandidatov ter prikazati pomembnost izbire primernih kandidatov v proizvodnem podjetju, ki deluje na mednarodnem trgu. V nadaljevanju smo na konkretnem primeru podjetja X preučili trenutno prakso procesa izbire kandidatov ter ob koncu poiskali že obstoječo povezavo teorije in prakse in ob enem dodatne možnosti za izboljšavo obstoječe prakse na podlagi teoretičnih izhodišč opisanih v prvem delu magistrske naloge.
