Revitalizacija športnega kompleksa Graberje

Abstract

Zavedanje o pomembnosti športa je med prebivalstvom vse bolj prisotno. Športni objekti so postali pomembna tipologija v kakovostnem razvoju urbanega območja. Pri tem so problem gosto pozidana območja, v katerih ni prostora za velike športne površine. Športne stavbe se v takih primerih gradijo na robu mesta, kjer so precej nedostopne za morebitne uporabnike. Predmet magistrske naloge je manjša športna dvorana Graberje, ki se nahaja v širšem središču mesta Varaždin. Zgrajena je bila v 70. letih 20. stoletja in od tedaj je število njenih uporabnikov raslo. Zaradi potrebe po dodatnih športnih površinah so našli začasne rešitve, ki obstajajo še danes. Dva športna ”balona” nad zunanjimi igrišči ne ustrezata današnjim standardom energetske učinkovitosti. Magistrska naloga se osredotoča na revitalizacijo športnega kompleksa Graberje in bo s svojo rešitvijo ponudila dovolj kakovostnega prostora za potrebe uporabnikov.

Secondary abstract:	Awareness of the importance of sport is increasingly present among the population. Therefore, sports facilities became an important typology in the quality development of an urban area. The problem occurs in built-up areas in which there is no space for big sports areas. In such cases, sports facilities are built in town’s outskirts where they are inaccessible to potential users. The subject of the master’s thesis is a smaller sports hall Graberje that is situated in the wider town centre of Varaždin. It was built in 1970s and the number of its users has been increasing since then. The need for additional sports areas lead to temporary solutions that still exist today. Two sports “balloons” above the outdoor fields do not fulfil present day standards from the perspective of energy efficiency. This master’s thesis focuses on Graberje sports complex revitalization that will offer a solution based on which users will have enough quality space.
